seem like it been raining every other day, since April, lots of places on my land that I can't drive my side by side, rivers are very high, like springtime high, all the pot holes here are full, how is it in North Dakota or south Dakota, I know south, south Dakota, had a bunch of rain, are potholes filled up

Same here the rains like it’s on a timer this year 2-3 times a week sunlight is rare always overcast the ground is sloppy wet in places but everything is green. My buddy in MO is getting a lot of moisture this year also.

It’s nothing like you’ve described but we are getting nice timely rains here in central ND, lots of lush green grass for the birds.

I’ll take the rain, got no use for that snow. All snow does out here is limit access and kill game.

We've definitely had the rain here in southern Minnesota. Since early May, almost 21". Crops look pretty puny. Some farm fields look like small lakes. Ducks are loving it.

Was the rain too late for waterfowl production or is it helping out?

Another 1.7" here last night. 2.3" a couple days before. More forecasted for today and Sunday. Crops on low or heavy ground are looking poor.

The sloughs are full, have been since winter broke. I have heard the mallard count is down across the prairie pothole region but I’m sure that has to do the last 3 years of draught. I would think it’s going to be a good hatch with all the grass around.

We have had a lot the last 6 weeks, and everything is very wet or saturated. Streams and rivers are high and fast. With the hurricane down south they say it will push heat and moisture north so the next week will be most likely a wet one too.

Same here lots of standing water but did not see many ducks when I went to town today. I expect a rat boom coming in the central parts of the state but they only last a few years until the potholes dry up. I say with the extreme water levels nesting might have been a problem this year.

I just got another 9/10s. I have recorded 18.18" of rain at the house counting this last rain since 30 April. We get just over 17" of precipitation a year, counting snow on average. It shows a chance of more rain this evening.

Dam was breached in Manawa, a small city about 50-60 miles west and a bit south of Green Bay and north of Waupaca. They got about 5 inches or so from 8:30 to noon. The dam breached between 1:30PM and 2 PM.
We got another 1 inch this afternoon.
