It's laying right beside my albino squatch . I left mine laying hoping to draw in another squatch. Or at the least bunch of coyotes feeding on the corpse. Both are Just passed the big bush that is green close to that blade of grass next to the leaf.

Thanks . I ordered a replica mount as i'm using the original as an attractant. Had 2 more bino squatches walk thru but I was frying cornbread and my pellet rifle was in the building. Hit one with a rock but it ran off and died in a thicket. Didn't want to push it so I backed out waiting for tomorrow. Might have to call in a blood trailing dog. wish me luck as its raining and might be hard to trail in the morning.....

I did some blood-curdling fawn bleats one evening overlooking an open field. All of a sudden, every deer in the west side of the county bailed out of the woods into the open field. I was thinking, "Man! I need to use this here call during deer season!"
Then out popped two grown coyotes, eyeballing which one of those little ones was gonna be dinner.
The call didn't pull the deer out. The coyotes pushed them out. I missed. Not a proud moment.

Yeah, when using a fawn distress sound, make sure that caller is out aways, lol. Those does down here don’t play and will come charging in looking for blood.
