Buddy has 55 acres of wooded land we hunt and he’s put in food plots in, he’s put a lot into the place. A hand full of cabins along a private road with a couple hunters in the mix. Peaceful quiet living for the few that live here full time. The 30 acre parcel sold not to long ago to a total idiot it seems like.

He shoots day and night it was 9 and 10 PM the other night just emptying mags in the dark as fast as he can pull the trigger to make noise. He knows we are hunting and one food plot is close to his place not much hope of hunting there if he’s around. It’s his place he can do what he wants to do but as far as neighbors they suck.

The county assessor was down today the handyman was there working he popped off a few shots when she was looking around the area. Then he shot a few mags during prime time hunting. They knew we were hunting but did not seem to care much. I was walking back to the house and he stops and says he’s sorry told him to just keep moving it’s a private road. They might have an easement but the road is private so keep moving. If the don’t have an easement the could be landlocked if it continues. We plan to check with the county attorney to see what options we might have.

We have a couple around where we hunt. They have to be some RICH folks to go through the ammo they go through on a daily basis. It’s been going on so long the deer pay it absolutely no attention. Sorta like the deer that stroll through the trap range, lol.

Almost like it’s intentional they shoot leave then the local handyman comes over and shoots it’s just rapid no aim shooting just weird. The grandson shows up at our food plots on the cams like they own the place. Trouble ahead they have no respect so they get no respect they just have zero class.

I can see not wanting them trespassing, but if they want to shoot on their land and the bullets are not coming onto the neighbors, I see no problem. I shoot on my place and have a neighbor that knows it every time I shoot. It sounds like your buddy is figuring out how small 55 acres is.

No, You did not say they could not shoot. But shooting was a main topic in your first post and it seemed like you and your buddy were quite bothered by it.

Seriously wondering though, if he shoots that much and that frequent...and by the sound aof it not really at game or anything.... Think the critters just won't care after a bit ? Like it all just becomes another part of the local sound like cares on the highway or something ? always wondered that after seeing critters routinely walk though love ranges in the army not seening to care about the 50cal going off 100yd away

You absolutely can in Alabama. Waiting now for the cousin in back of us the get ready for her her next cutting. That longstanding handshake deal we had with her dad is now over thanks to her husband. The offer is on the table or she builds a bridge to get her timber out.

Disrupting the lawful pursuit of animals by sound, sight, or smell introduced is illegal in Alaska. Should be the same nationwide IMO.

I know it is aggravating, but the deer will get used to it and pay it no mind, we had to pause a match at the range I shoot at the other day because a herd of 9 deer decided it was time to eat supper, they walked right out on the range with probably 30 people there and active firing going on.
