SGT. C trapper S Joined: Dec 2006 Midlands South Carolina	Swamp, what did they weigh? Like you, shot a nice 8 Friday evening at exactly 35 yards. He was following a doe. Mine weighed 154. I feel there is one more nice buck in there. Then it's doe thinning time. The 7mm08 is a fine round. Shot one for years. My handload was a Nosler 140 ballistic tip. They never went far. Are you loading your own? Then I just wanted to do the kiss theory and go strictly 30 cal. My .308, M1 Garand and my two old 30/30's keep me busy at the bench. Congrats. Fine bucks they are.
