Wondering how you guys make brackets to hold your body grip traps. I’ve found some for sale on Flemings supply site but wanted to make some. Thanks

If you have a welder it's not hard to copycat what's out there commercially.

yes you can make them out of wood, with table saw, cut to width, cut a grove, and cut to length, and drill a hole for screw down,

I make them with white oak. they last for years

I have made some out of hog panel with a bolt cutter. worked OK but pretty light. I have also just got some mild steel from the steel yard, bent it around a jig and welded the ends on. I would recommend that the lower bars be about 1/4 “ lower than you would expect to allow the dog to clear.

I used 26 gauge C channel that I had lying around.
