That muddy misfit that put a creak in my shoulder was bigger than I thought. Just finished skinning and here he is with a 110 for reference. Not a monster but probably the biggest I’ve ever caught. Nicely furred too.

Hard to figger. At least twenty pounds? I didn’t weigh him but the last big female I caught was 18 and he is much bigger than she was

Excellent catch, Ashley. That looks like a silver, the best colour to catch , from what I've learned. Even his tail is silver .

Please post a pic once he's cleaned and fluffed up . Love seeing fur done and fluffed . This boy will look grand.
