Robert Martin OP trapper R Joined: Mar 2013 Posts: 135 Northern CA	I’ve been seeing this cow elk below my house for a couple of weeks now. At first I thought she got her mane wet, and then it froze… and I figured it was just a temporary thing. And then I thought it must be a piece of garbage, like a grocery bag stuck around her head. Finally today I had time to get a good close look at her with my binoculars. It’s simply a white mane, it’s not all white, but more than half of her mane is white. I’m on my phone, so I can’t load bigger pictures. I have quite a few other pictures from my phone. Has anybody ever seen anything like this? Robert Martin

arcticotter trapper A Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 1,500 Custer SD	Very cool, about 10 years ago a guy shot a cow elk that was completely grey. She was like a ghost in the woods. Quite a few people seen her before she got shot.
