Paid $200.50 for a new battery today. A new high. Still beats walking but dang it.

I hope you don't need a lithium battery anytime soon, you'll need some new pants too.

we have an interstate battery dealer not to far away and I can get refurbished for $60 And factory blemishes for $70. . The last over 200$ one I got at the parts store didn't last 3 years and I got a new one under warranty. The discounted ones last as long or longer so far.

Planning to pick up two blims for my old 250 with 7.3 next time I'm over there. 140 for 2.

latest trick her is to rent a car for a day, and return it with your dead battery
50$ rental = $200 battery

Bought an AC Delco 48GHRA yesterday $243.99

Battery installation around here is in the $50-$60 range. They seemed hurt when I said I will do it myself.

Reminds me of an incident I saw on TV the other night. A guy had his truck for sale parked on the road in front of his house. It had a for sale sign on it. Another guy got a flat tire near the for sale truck. So, he parked next to the for sale truck and was jacking it up to take one of the tires off the truck and put it on his truck to replace the flat. The owner of the for sale truck ran out and asked what he thought he was doing? The would be thief said the tires were the same size and he thought he would switch the tires and he planned to return the tire after he got his fixed. He couldn't understand what the owner of the for sale truck was so upset about? The cops came and straightened it out. The owner of the for sale truck didn't press charges. There are some real crazy people in this world!

My doctor suggested I start doing squats, so I moved all the beer to the bottom shelf of my fridge.

I get the delta ones for my truck
The Chrysler ones were 13 years old when they failed, so I ordered the two delta ones online, I forget, 120 each?

I buy reman batteries from the local scrap yard. 1 year warranty and have only had one that didn't go more than 4 years most 5+. Last one was 30 bucks last year. The one bad one was bad immediately and replaced with one that's still starting my old truck every day.

Life sure is tough when you don't learn from the mistakes of others.

This is all I run in my pickups and wife's Pathfinder. 3 yr warranty. I take them out at 2.5 yrd and have them test them at the store. They always say weak and give me a new one with another 3 yrs. If they don't test to 12.6V you get a new one as that is starting weak point.
