If they are wild ducks you may want to roast them breast side down. They stay a lot juicier that way. We put about an inch of apple cider in the bottom of the roaster.

Roasted Mallards rubbed inside with Marjoram, stuffed with oranges, and celery. Glazed outside with Maple Syrup (seals in juices), served with Wild Rice, fresh cut pineapple slices and other veggies to liking :-) YUM!! I worked with a dude that would soak ducks and geese overnight in ginger ale, then seasoned to his liking. Delicious!
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....
