I'm on day 7..........-13 already, and feel betterI have to ask. If a person loses that much that fast you must be dehydrated or on the toilet a lot. Of course some one with a beginning weight that is really high could I guess? On about the toilet again.  Sugars make you retain water so a lot of the big losses right off are losing water weight according to Google..

28lb loss for me since first of November. 
 Watching carb and sugar intake and not eating after about 8pm.
Nice.I try to not to eat after 5pm myselfIf I feel the urge to eat something later in the evening, I've been munching on carrot sticks and nuts. I bought 20 pounds of hazelnuts in the shell. Nuts are good for you. 
 If removing guns saves just one life it's worth it. Then if deporting illegals saves one life is that worth it?

Down 37 here. Carbs are fine, fat is fine, protein is good. Just watch calories, that is all that matters. First law of thermodynamics.
 Buy a food scale and use it. It is amazing how many calories are in "healthy" food. A couple handful of nuts a day will keep you plump. Olive oil, butter, and salad dressing are some other sneaky ones. Find your total daily calorie expenditure with an online calculator and then weigh and log everything you eat.

Research what impact Allulose has on carbs and the benefits that are Ozempic like without the high costs and risks of it. YouTube has a lot of info on its benefits it’s truly an amazing option that makes a difference in sugar alternatives.

I understand what happens. But 13 in first 7 days. Something is coming out somewhere. I did lose 11 in 7 days once but it was gall bladder attack and lived on the toilet for 3 of 7 days.  Find an electrolyte drink supplement also.  It will help with aches and being tired.Wait there are side effects?  When I was asking about trying this diet I questioned things that I had heard people went thru. Man the responses were all unicorn farts and rainbows.NO diarrhea no shakes, no kidney issues. But some slip up and leak side effects ....  I hope all goes well with everyones diet they choose to eat. All meat is not for me as I KNOW lot of guys on it that almost crapped themselves to death first week after starting.. YEAH YEAH I understand no fiber once you get into it. |  |  |

Don't  know what they are eating but on a low carb or carnivore diet, taking a poop doesn't happen regularly. Day 3 in the books.  Didn't poop today.  Yesterdays stools were water.  I feel good.  Craving carbs though.  I want a good pizza.   Lol.  Not gonna do it. |  |  |

Once weight is achieved, can eat more normal to maintain.  Gonna give up processed foods a sugary drinks and simple carbs.  Some of carbs are ok. |  |  |
