PF answer the ? this happened that happened but truth be told you lost nothing. Maybe Trump got lucky but you can't name one thing cause there isn't anything. I lost nothing personally I never liked bump stocks so never had one. Full auto is not my thing either It's fun for a mag or two then just expensive wast of ammo. He was willing to sell out? debatable. yet for the last time his other commen lay doubt to it was planed. Excuse it, blow it off if you want, it's our guy after all right. Just remember it was our guy in 86 and why you can't afford a happy switch or get a new gun equipped with one. Plenty of Republicans vote for gun control and we incrementaly loose more each time. Guns are my thing like really my thing and I don't take this stuff lightly. Compromise means we just lost some more we won't get back. To.mamy are good go along with it as history shows when it's Republicans doing the restrictions. The same people would throw a fit when dems push the same thing. It sad so many are blind to this If it wasn't for Republicans in your voting lifetime, you wouldn't have most of the guns you have. Take that to the bank!
There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Are you saying ammo, magazines, scopes etc are only commerce items?
When SCOTUS shot down the bump stock ban did they site the commerce clause?
I believe DJT has come to realize that it's shall not infringe Can you kill something with ammo, magazines or scopes only? The right to scope ownership shall not be infringed? Arms are not limited to guns!

What Donald Trump's 'Concealed Carry Reciprocity' Means for Gun Rights Story by Alia Shoaib • 2mo • 3 min read feedbackIcon Topics mentioned in this article US Elections US Elections
Donald Trump promised to sign "concealed carry reciprocity" legislation if he won a second term in office.
The policy would allow gun owners with a concealed carry permit from one state to legally carry their weapons in other states.
Every state in the U.S. permits some form of concealed carry, but the regulations can vary widely.
Best Walking Shoes for Men to Wear All Day Without Discomfort Men's Sneaker Best Walking Shoes for Men to Wear All Day Without Discomfort Ad Some states do not require a permit to carry concealed weapons, while others demand permits, stipulating certain conditions. States such as California and New York have particularly strict requirements.
Trump spelled out his intention to change the law in a 2023 speech, stating: "I will protect the right of self-defense everywhere it is under siege. And I will sign concealed carry reciprocity. Your second amendment does not end at the state line."
Trump has long campaigned on a pro-gun platform and all three times he has run for president he has received an endorsement from the National Rifle Association (NRA) firearms rights lobby group.
Newsweek reached out to Trump's campaign for comment via email.

The NRA's official policy goes even further than Trump has promised, advocating for what they call "constitutional carry," which would allow individuals who can legally possess guns to carry concealed firearms without needing a permit.

Democrats and groups that advocate for gun control have long opposed "concealed carry reciprocity."
In 2017, during Trump's first presidency, House Republicans passed the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, before it stalled in the Senate.
The Democratic National Committee said at the time: "An NRA pet project, this legislation would force states with more stringent gun standards to comply with looser regulations in other states, risking our public safety and making it more difficult to enforce state laws that save lives."
Everytown for Gun Safety, a nonprofit group which advocates for gun control, has also criticized Trump's pledge to enact the concealed carry policy in his second term.
"Trump's vision for America: Guns everywhere, for anyone, with no questions asked," they wrote on Instagram in October.

Since 2020, there have been over 600 mass shootings per year.
President Joe Biden enacted various policies to try to stem gun violence throughout his presidency. Trump has promised to undo them.
"In my second term, we will roll back every Biden attack on the Second Amendment—the attacks are fast and furious—starting the minute that Crooked Joe shuffles his way out of the White House," Trump told a meeting of NRA members in May.
Kamala Harris, by contrast, ran on a campaign of tightening gun control, including introducing universal background checks and an assault weapons ban.
Trump has signaled that he intends to loosen gun control laws through executive action and replacing Steven Dettelbach—branded by the President-elect as an "anti-gun fanatic"—as head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

You are right I do enjoy a debate. And hope to run across someone that has a good stance and if can't out right Change my mind at least get me to think about it and I may relax my stance. I want to have very more faith in people but people have a way of shooting that down..

Can't kill anything with either of those items unless attached to a firearm. You know better than that. I can kill you with my hands and feet and easily beat you to death with either of those. A bolt or firing pin Is not a gun just a part should probably be OK to make them illegal right? parts are not guns after all.

OK hippy the if this then argument Gets you nowhere. It's speculation at best not provable. What is provable is that the most restrictive gun control laws we have all were passed by Republicans and supported by the NRA.
Please come up with something to prove me wrong. Facts and provable not emotional speculation. I will check back tonight while I'm at work.
It's easier to fool someone that get them to admit they have been fooled. Here, just last year. Just because you don't see all the "wins" republicans give you, doesn't mean it doesn't happen. I gave you sound advise earlier....you should study up on this stuff. https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us...pons-ban-mass-shootings-rise-2023-12-06/

Answering a question with a question is not a debate.
It is a sign your own argument is weak. I answered th questions or at least corrected the false statement and followed up With rhetoricalto show how ignorant the argument was.

Ohh, and if you need more facts that prove you don't know squat about this subject, there's lots more.

I am giving you simple question. Can you give an answer? Nope he stole people's private property and made their guns inoperable. Or threatened to lock them I'm prison for owning something that meets the leter of the law. He went around congress to do so. Get hung up on Technicallys all you want . Like I said The emotional Trump walks on water croud can't hand to even admit the man made anti gun choices. There has to be something true to the high amounts of estrogen in water supply and low sperm counts. I'm starting to see it in the way sonmany males run on emotions like women. Tribalism at its best it is OK if it's my guy.

just pointing out like I called it would happen and already went back and quote it again. Nailed it. Then my observation of how men have been acting more like women and women acting more masculine. I rememberEd the post about hormone levels in the water recently and thing just clicked.
TAKE IT PERSONALLY if you must and I won't point out that is another feminine trait I promise. don't want any hurt feelings over personal observations and pointing out how thing played out exactly as I said they would.
