Rutabagas rock, I use them in place of potatos all the time. I make a diced, roasted rutabaga dish that the family goes nuts for. rutabage , turnip , parsnip and carrot , make nice bite size pieces about the same with all of them, with some smaller pieces of sweet onion toss in olive oil with salt and pepper and bake in a big skillet in oven about 350-375 till they have just a little color on them, very good roasted roots. that is some good stuff
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Don't see no peas and needs taters too.

Needs potatoes, corn, green beans and a jalapeno. I like tomatoes in mine and personally would add a can of fire roasted diced rotel tomatoes,
Looks good tho That would turn it into vegetable beef soup. Beef stew just needs carrots, potatoes, and beef,,, well and onion.
