What's your routine?

I keep myself to only one donut in the morning. Not easy to do.

Usually in the evening 12ozs curls at a time

Waiting to get into the climbing gym. Good full body movement. Calisthenics when the kids allow…. 12-16oz curls occasionally

I can’t see my toes or touch them,,,( probably a good thing)

Does hand hauling scallop dredges and crab pots count?

My wife and I do CrossFit. My schedule allows for 3 days a week. She does 5 days weekly. We are both in our mid 50’s.

My mobility hinders some of the movements but I figure at least I’m moving and trying.

I have already lived longer than my dad and his dad so I figure I better put in a little effort to hopefully enjoy my grandkids and the golden years.

I do a lot of running. Exercises are more resistance training. Push ups, pull ups, burpees, etc. Do a lot of sandbag training too.

LOL, problem is I'm working in 5-6' water or less, sometimes much less, a winder doesn't seem to make much sense, though I'm open to the idea!
I do have one for hauling conch pots, wouldn't go out without it for that....

Primarily kettlebells. Single and double arm swings, snatches, cleans, goblet squats, turkish get ups. Presses when my shoulder allows. Additionally, i do pull ups, dips, and some single arm stuff with a cable pull down.

Hauling 5 gallon buckets of corn,mixed feed,water. Then Hauling 60 lb bales of alfalfa from barn to barn. Then skinning 20 plus coon and other critters. Then fleshing and streching same critters. Finish off my workout with 12 or 16 ounce curls.

I try and get out and cut split and stack wood often but have a hard time finding time for that as well

Gym and running. Otherwise I work outside a lot.

I do one sit up every morning getting out of bed.Well,,not EVERY morning.Sometimes I just kinda roll out of bed.When Im putting my socks on,,I have to come up for air after the first one.Im in pretty good shape for the shape Im in.Had I known I was gonna live this long,,I woulda took better care of myself.

I don't have a TV, so yes I get lots of exercise. Mostly walking, carrying water and hay, finishings fur or splitting wood. My workout is when Im watching the grand kids.

Manual labor and a 2 mile ruck when I can

Just gave the dog a walk

24 minutes, 12 on treadmill and 12 on exercise bike every morning. Any more I get bored. On my 3rd pacemaker and have a bad back so at 73 years old I’m pretty limited in my options.
