I try to work out every day. I work legs, chest, back and shoulders rotating on four day schedule. Major muscles.
I work biceps, triceps and calves rotating on a three day schedule. Minor muscles. I work one major and minor per day.
I aim for 5 exercises with 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps each on majors.
I aim for 3-4 exercises with 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps each on minors.
STRETCH, STRETCH and STRETCH!! I you don't bend you will break!!
However, working out is the easy part. Nutrition and macros is the hard part. Got to get the fuel in order to be able to lose or gain, whichever you choose.
SLEEP, SLEEP and SLEEP!! If you don't sleep you don't recover. You have to get quality sleep.
That's about as simple as it gets. You can find all kinds of exercise routines for all your body parts on youtube. I like Mike Isratel. There are a lot of others.
Stay active, eat, drink and sleep. Be the example for your family.
And, Control your sugar to control your life.
How many lies will people believe before they realize their own idiocy?

My wife and I do CrossFit. My schedule allows for 3 days a week. She does 5 days weekly. We are both in our mid 50’s.
My mobility hinders some of the movements but I figure at least I’m moving and trying.
I have already lived longer than my dad and his dad so I figure I better put in a little effort to hopefully enjoy my grandkids and the golden years.

"Not crewing for you...." LOL, problem is I'm working in 5-6' water or less, sometimes much less, a winder doesn't seem to make much sense, though I'm open to the idea! I do have one for hauling conch pots, wouldn't go out without it for that....

It's on my to do list I need to do it more not anything formal in about 6 years
I try and get out and cut split and stack wood often but have a hard time finding time for that as well
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
