3.19 this afternoon at Caseys’s.

Went up 30 cents a gallon last week 3.39 right now

Gas prices are all over the place here in western Pa. Lots of stations at $3.59, $3.39, saw $3.79. Found a station at Barkeyville exit on I-80 that had it for $3.03 today.

For the most part, gas went up .20-.30 cents in the last seven days.

Caseys in Seneca KS was 2.74 last week. Every Casey's in Nebraska is 3.09

Meanwhile, crude dropped $4.63 a barrel today.

Gas hasn't changed since last fall here. $2.69 on the rez

Gasoline was $2.79 a gallon on Monday, when I last went to town.

The reason WA States fuel is so high, 1st 49.4 cents gas tax, then there is the States Climate Commitment Act which adds about 45 cents a gallon. That is a little complicated as oil companies have to bid on emission allowances from the State so it can change every year but in 2023 it added 43 cents, this year a little more. Plus, the Legislature just added another 6 cent raise to gas taxes so we are up to about a $1.00 tax on every gallon of gas. Feds add their 18.4 cents and we are up to almost $1.20 in tax.

Same thing here, prices are all over the place. Saw one station at $3.29 while another was $2.87. I bought gas two days ago for $3.05.
