We should be making money now and Trump could be wildly popular. Cuts could and should have been thoughtfully made. Trade could and should have been thoughtfully addressed. He didn't have to repeatedly throw grenades into the economy to accomplish what he claims is his intended goal.

Trump should do what he does best and take a dive like he has done in the past with his personal life claim bankruptcy for the country. He has claimed bankruptcy six times and dodged the draft and the law 34 times. Seize all the foreign assets and give everyone we owe money to the middle finger. He has managed to PO the rest of the world what's the worst that can happen lose the love of the rest of the world.

We know Trumps history but just keep repeating it, that does a lot of good.

Some think we just need to print more money, get more in debt and pay China billions in tarriff's for what little we sell there.

How quickly we forget..... After the lockdown disaster, The freedom of speech disaster, many on here thought we would have to shoot our way out this mess. Now were worried about our portfolio....lol

Have you ever imagined that the 2024 stock market was a little "bait and dump" to 1) keep the Dems in power (at least that was the plan before Kammy drank too much vodka and juice during most days and only talked in loops afterwards) and 2) get in almost all the "sucker" money, especially the kids who never lived through 2008/09 "collapse" and only believed the market goes up...?

The uniparty has lots of people they can call favors in, that kept the market primed and pumping, and then pulled out to other safer locations when the rug needed to be pulled. This correction probably should have happened in late 2023 or at the latest early 2024 but that wasn't allowed. I positioned almost all my tsp money into the G fund in late 2023. I missed the wild ride up in 2024 but I lost almost nothing this last week. I may have to start living on some of that tsp next year but I'm not gnashing my teeth today.

I'm no big player, but I'm certainly planning on buying monday.
