I believe the court found he could not do stundent loan forgiveness under the
Heroes act. That never occurred. He did some student loan forgiveness under some existing laws, primarily one to forgive student loans of our beloved public servants

They said, through a 77 page decision, that he couldn't do it one certain specific way, by invoking the HEROES Act as the basis for his executive authority to forgive loans. After the supreme court decision, Biden then tried to forgive loans through the Higher Education Act of 1965.

Biden is a goon for trying to forgive loans at all, but it's also goony to say Biden ignored the supreme court when that's factually incorrect. He abided by the decision in Biden v Nebraska and quit trying to forgive laons using the HEROS act, and instead tried to forgive student loans using the Higher Education Act of 1965.

He should be able to get away with it as long as the illegals have their due process. Unfortunately, the due process judge can stop individual deportations. Judges for sure can overrule Presidential EO's in their districts. Even the Aliens Act required due process the court determined.
