Or, I can not expose my children to nonsense and have them make their own decisions based on if the fish are biting and wha the tides are. Or how the real world affects their lives, not a bunch of whiny people who aren’t going to make any difference.
Not worrying about a small minority of complete idiots at a “no kings” rally or whatever these idiots are talking about
we got rid of those back in the 1700’s.
Maybe instead of the nonsense fear mongering and having them attend protests, you have them attend city council meetings and advisory council meetings. So they can see what is happening in their towns, counties and states. Then teach them to research those things and make informed decisions based on science, logic and reason
Maybe teach them to weld and build their own armored bull dozer, and teach them to watch out for basements.
Y’all need to stop falling into the political narrative and go talk to your neighbors and find out that it isn’t that bad.

I voted for homeschooling. Now think that I need to vote against it. Kids tend not to listen to the politics of school teachers, but kids that are homeschooled can't ever escape from their parents. Then those parents sometimes wonder why their children refuse to talk to them after they become adults. Sometimes, and just sometimes, the parents are the problem. Not saying the schools can’t be, but they usually aren’t when parents are involved in the school system. My children’s school is great. No politics, just teaching them.

This is what pisses me off about this post. What i stand for this person proves me wrong. I am a big home school supporter. But this everyone can do it themselves does not work. Just annoyed will not post on this again. Because just like teaching to attend something just to do it means nothing without purpose. Crap teacher! But you can not fire the parent! Not fair! No school board to report to at home! And I hate having to say that! Thanks loosegoose.

In 1978 I was taking French as a second language at the University of Bordeaux. There were three Iranian guys in my class that I was friendly with and they invited me to a pro Ayatollah- Down with the Shaw rally. The Ayatollah was living in France in exile at the time. Told them I would go out of politeness but conveniently overslept.

A great many were mass hung on cranes, often 60 or so at a time. Keith

Closed social environments can be misused in the wrong hands you know like the Jim Jones type of cult an extreme example but on a smaller scale it’s not uncommon. The family dynamics could push a young person in a set direction but who’s to judge the direction for your own children. We have all know good and bad examples so who’s to know what’s right.

Did anyone consider that maybe he took them there to show them the irony and complete hypocrisy of the leftists calling Trump a King, when in fact it was their party that subverted democracy by rigging the last two democrat primaries to have who they wanted for a candidate, not the voters?
Then when their anointed "king" fell on his face (pardon the pun") they again appointed their own choice for king instead of allowing the voters to decide democratically.
Nah, me either, lol.
There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Nah, me either, lol. Guess again. We've had that talk here, about how the Ds claim to love democracy, but tried to kick their main opponent off the ballot in 2 states, refused to hold a real primary for either Joe or Kamala, etc etc. (oh, and we discussed the pros and cons of democracy, the difference between pure democracy and a republic, etc. Just in case you were wondering). Guess some more about what you don't think we teach here though. It's a fun game.

I'm pleasantly surprised!
That fact seems to nonexistent to 99% of the people.
