Or it may be just warming up. Last sale skunks average $30 this one $80 and the other bidders got no skunks. There will still be need imo

That’s optimistic….I like it! Last time there’s one guy, now there’s 2 that really want them. The secret is out and others will be there next year. Stack em high fellas! Think positive. Plus you’ll have a pile of essence…..lol

Muskrats went on about a five year run.

It was a heck of a ride while it lasted

Not the run I'm talking about. It was more like a blip.

Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.

I ended up with some unsold fisher, all XL, good grade. I assume this is because a minimum bid wasn’t placed on those lots. I’m sure hoping some back door deal takes place on them or next year I’ll be selling straight to the Groenwald rep that pays cash locally.

There was a sell thru rate of 59% on the bobcats.Does anyone have the breakdown of the percentages of each region that sold?

It looked like the real high end $1500 and above stuff didn't move well. Mid-range shined!

Are everyone’s prices shown on bobcats? Mine still show 0, not sure if they didn’t sell or if FHA hasn’t updated my account.

Are these mid range cats or did the high-end cats just not sell for what a high-end cat should?
Ive had lesser cats go for more at previous auctions but don't get me wrong im not complaining.

It's hard to tell what sold and what did not as far as cats.Last year they did not want any of the central. They always buy some of the westerns but paid prices this year in the country could have caused some pushback on the better westerns.

There were a number of cat buyers complaining about the grade. I suspect that would make them back down a bit on those better end cats. That could be the pushback BP is referring to.

If you look at the common fur items, it was a wreck. The zoo, trinket market and stuff not everyone has did OK. But coon, coyote, fox, mink, muskrat and beaver are dead.

If that's true FHA better get their crap together asap.
A buyer can't afford to buy a string at that kind of money if they're not close to identical quality.

These are AB which is considered a grade under the better cats.Price seems average for the quality.

I got a quote from groenwald and then ended up shipping to FHA, I made 1000 more than geonwald fur offered and I still have a few items unsold, think things through don’t leave money on the table, it’s better in your pocket.
