It’s amazing how many times cases are ruled unconstitutional but the blue states keep trying to pass the same illegal bans on guns and magazines but nothing is done about it so they keep doing it.

The level of government control with this initiative is unbelievable, jumping through hoops just to buy ammo.

What's more astounding is that the people of California voted for it.

I saw a couple days ago the people of CA can have ammo shipped in with out going through someone with FFL. Most places would not ship to CA.

I was on Graf's website and they had a deal going on for Cali. residents, that's how I learned of it.

CA will just end up following CT. We have to have a pistol, long gun or ammo permit to purchase ammo. A pistol permit allows purchase of any "CT legal" firearm and ammo. A long gun permit allows purchase of long gun and ammo, no pistols. And the ammo permit is ammo only.
My wife used to buy me a couple boxes of shells every year for Christmas, now it is forbidden unless she jumps through hoops to get one of those permits. Basically, a background check with a fee.
