My favorite was the Sircha garlic chili sauce. Haven’t seen it on the shelves lately though. Been using Stale Crackers RougXGarouX lately. The Gatordrool is really good also.

We haven't been able to find the Sriracha we like lately either. I looked it up. Apparently there is a shortage of the chili peppers they use. It's still being made, but not enough is being made to meet the demand.

The smoked Tabasco that says Chipotle is my go to on everything.
Franks is okay.
My dad picked up a smoked barbecue hot sauce bottle at a Renys in maine that was my favorite.

I make my own salsa. I make large batches at a time and take out about 1/3rd for mild, 1/3rd for medium, 1/3rd for hot. I do this by adding more of the hot peppers with seeds. I will admit I like the medium the best, so I don't make much real hot.

Tabasco, Sriracha, Truff and the smoked Chipotle Tabasco are all real solid.

Crystal is also real good.

Cholula and Melindas have both changed I feel. Used to be better. Now they're pretty mild.
