I have used the pellet grill the last couple I’ve done. Great stuff either way.

Looks good from here, did a picnic shoulder last week, cause it was dirt cheap, but since have scored some 99 cent butts..

Boat dealer up here had a carolina style whole hog roast we were invited too, everything looked great! then two gorillas ripped it apart with these huge forks and poured white vinegar all over it! WTH! savages!

lol, my old barrel smoker got sold when we were de-cluttering the porch. The pellet grill is all I got left other than a propane grill.

My "split Pecan, Hickory, or Mesquite" just comes in smaller size, . . . AND I don't have to constantly watch or "feed" the Off-Set . . . I can spend more time with family or guests . . . I believe in making cooking & BBQ smarter, not harder. I'll put my cookin' "creds" against anyone on here. :-)

We had a Tomahawk yesterday.

Had my MIL over to help eat it as usual. 90yo and can rip into a steak now let me tell ya.
