…. We got a busted up quarterback with no depth… a 1-3 record going into district…. Not looking good

… Bud looks like he got a deep tissue bruise on his calf…. Took some ibuprofen at half and finished out the game with good 4th down stop and a few qb pressures… I figure he’ll be good by next week

We played Coldspring in the playoffs in Fall of 1996 for the Quarterfinals. Ya'll sent us home a whimpering and beat us fair and square.

I worked at the feedstore at the time, and our feed got delivered on Saturdays. Our driver was from Coldspring. I was still sore and at work and when I went with the dolly to unload the feed from the 18 wheeler, he said yeah, ya'll boys bit into a bear last night when you bit into Coldspring. He was right too. Ya'll had a good team then.

… coldspring went to state in 2012 I believe… lost to Carthage in cowboys stadium… televised game

Enjoy following along with your boy’s season. My youngest son graduated 2 years ago. We got 8 years of so of non-stop varsity baseball and football amongst all 3 of the boys. Really miss going.

…. Looked at the schedule and they got a bi-week…. He’ll be back for sure by then…. He’s walking like an 80 year old right now though lol
