The Statue of limitations are not up yet so did nothing fun! I am long past any statute of limitations and we didn't have felonies for every little thing either, or warning labels for that matter.

Making stuff that blew-up. We were pretty innovative when it came to ingredients; match heads, saltpeter and sugar, saltpeter, vaseline and something else, can't remember.

O taping random bullets we found to the end of BBC guns to see if we could get the BB to hit the primer and shoot the shell.
Stand in a circle and come shoot a arrow straight up in the air and see who run first before it hits the ground

purse trick. white purse with a fishing line tied to it. place on the white line on the road at dark. hide in the woods and when someone stopped to get it, yank it away from them and yell "that's my purse" and run! throwing apples with a fiberglass cb antenna was a good time also. you can really get some distance with a 8ft antenna!

It was always enjoyable to epoxy a quarter to the cement driveway at the lumberyard I worked at as a young welp. Bout drove them old codger contractors nuts when they bent over to claim their 'prize' and it wouldn't budge. Some would even kick at it with their boots trying to free it up until they realized theyd been had. I still do that to my dad…..lol he grew up poor and when my grandfather bought his first farm the spilled coins in the driveway. To this day at 87, my dad will bend down to pick up a penny…..lol

I also made bolt bombs, as well as taking shotgun shells, cut the top of the shot end and empty the shot out. Then tape a shooter marble or large steelie to the bottom, right on the primer. Toss them high in the air so when they landed on a hard surface, would go off. Got suspended for that one in 7th grade. But that was minor league after I was taught by another suspect friend how to make small cannons. We would scrounge steel pipe, and 3/4' was best. Cut to about 10"-12" in length, we would pound one end flat, then drill a small hole about 1" from the flattened end. Then buy a box of match books and cut all the heads off and carefully load the heads into the pipe, leaving about 1" empty. Then came the dangerous part. We would carefully pack the match heads with a small dowel until they were tight. Then wad up tinfoil and pack the open end of the pipe until it was rock hard and flush with the end of said pipe. The final assembly was to make a square of multiple layers of tinfoil, maybe 6 or eight layers thick that was about 2" larger than the bore of the pipe and fit it over the open end, folding it down over the muzzle and securing it with a rubber band. We had made a stand out of a scrap of plywood, maybe 8" square with a hole drilled in it and would place the muzzle end partway through the hole. When we first started building these things, we didn't have anything for a fuse, but always had left-over match heads, so...... we would push a couple heads into the "fuse" hole. We started off taking them out to any old place that had a sizable boulder to dive behind, (I grew up on a 40-acre small "ranch" in Central Oregon), to detonate them, and you had to be very quick, striking a match, crouch down, set lit match to "fuse", and dive behind the boulder! We had literally a couple seconds to get away. Man, those things were LOUD!!! Great fun, until one day I packed one to a friend's house and quietly placed it between his screen door and the house door, with no stand, of course. By that time, I had figured out that rather than a match head for a fuse, I used the whole match stuffed in headfirst, giving me precious extra seconds to increase my distance from the device. After igniting the fuse match, closing the screen door and running for all I was worth, I was stunned to see a large part of his screen door rocket past me! I ran the entire 2 miles to my house. It took the cops nearly an hour to show up. That was one of the last one's I ever built. A 13-year-old is easily intimidated in the back of a police car!
Just doing what I want now.
