If you want to make this a constitutional issue, you can't make it based on what Carr/FCC threatens ABC regarding the licences. The argument to make is abolishing the FCC. Then again almost every regulatory agency should be abolished as most of them should not have any power to create there own rules . They should only be allowed to enforce laws passed by Congress, not assume the jobs of all three branches of the government.

Now that 2 major affiliates say they won’t carry the show and the shows not a money maker to begin with maybe just maybe capitalism will out do the constitution this time.
