What type of a person must you be, to be a troll on the internet?

Cowardly, insecure, etc.

They like the attention in my opinion. They don’t have a life outside of the internet so they fulfill their need for attention other ways. They live a sad life and it is their only glimmer of happiness.

My opinion of course.

They need to get outside and touch some grass and get the sun on their face.

Maybe try a fun outdoor activity like… I don’t know… trapping, hunting, fishing. Maybe even golf.

No one in particular. Just the type person that goes to a forum for example and intentionally spews crap with the intention of making people miserable as they must be.

I think it's just a game with most of them to see who gets the most feed back, they would probably die off if no one ever said back something to them or try to explain their words or ideas that cause them to attack !!

No seriously, I try not to go looking for online crap storms but when one rolls in I'm not above throwing truth bombs. For some reason the truth is offensive to some.

I would not frequent places where most everyone didn’t like me.

I don't see what people do on here as trolling.
The level of personal insults true trolls partake in would have them banned here immediately.

a guy my late wife worked with is very much an internet troll , he trolls people on local news sites and such

single , not dumb but won't show it, used to run a couple businesses , but has taken an office job at a manufacturer that doesn't exactly challenge him.

she figured it out one day , he was like , yup , it's fun how you can get some of these idiots going.

he uses a name that isn't his but the thing is he has lived in this area his entire life and he knows about everyone not necessarily well but from high school or community stuff.

I just try to enjoy and give it back to them. Keeps it lively
