Been a busy week. I'm a boiler operator and this week is our shutdown for maintenance and repairs. 60 hours so far this week. But right now I'm grilling brats, drinking a beer, and watching the kids pretend to be Indians in the yard. Just a really good night. Hopefully you are all having an equally good time.

Sounds like a good evening. Me I took tomorrow off from work with a day of vacation. So having a couple of rums on ice. Tomorrow maybe clean up and organize a bit.

Ill never forget the evening my son shot his first deer at 7 years old. After ol dad skinned him out I came inside to see my son sitting on the couch listening to A country boy can survive. It hit me like a train that I was raising my boy right and I couldn’t have been any more proud of him! Life’s little moments like that deal a huge blow to the negativity in life. The bills, long work hours, tiredness, aches and pains just melt away in moments like that. Enjoy it my friend!
