Any thoughts on getting these shots. I've heard they can weaken your heart.

I am good without them.

I have never had either of them or any of the other shots they recommend you get. The only shot I keep up with is tetanus.

I had both about six weeks ago.

I quit covid shots when the adverse data came out. I've gotten a flu shot every year for at least 25 years with no adverse effects and no flu. Best advice is get your medical advice from a competent medical professional that you trust and not from us here on Tman.

As I shared before, I had an adverse reaction and nearly died from getting the Covid, Flu and Shingles shots on the same day, 3 years ago. I since was advised by my doctor not to get vaccinated for any of those again. They caused my immune system to attack and damage my red blood cells, so they could not carry oxygen well. My Systolic blood pressure went up to 240 and my blood oxygen level went down to 71%, putting me in the hospital.

Never had a flu shot, never took the covid shot/shots...never got covid either, or if I did I never knew it....

Everyone I know that got the covid shots and boosters have had Covid several times,,

Last flu shot was 1993 - got sicker than a dog. Never again.
Never had covid shots and never will.
Lots of people having blood clots, strokes, heart issues, etc. after getting them.
Healthy eating will keep your immune system strong

I start taking a good quality cod liver oil daily this time of year, the liquid not the pills, I'm no wus...
That and Ivermectin chases all the bad juju away..lol

I've heard the covid shot messes with your heart. Know of a couple "sudden deaths" here right after getting it.

My wife and I haven't ever had one and I never had a flu shot either. She had to get flu shots for her work, but as soon as she didn't have to she quit them also. (10 years ago now)

Interesting post. At 73 I do get a flu shot. Got Covid shot during pandemic and my oldest daughter did not get shot for Covid for her or my 2 grandkids. My other daughter got Covid shots and had my other grandkids get one Wife took Covid shot and got a case of long Covid. I no longer take Covid shot but got my flu shot last week. Had the red blood cell issue last Christmas. It was yuengling beer. Got that fixed with 0.0. I always called it something else but after my wife chewing I now call it 0.0 miss my old doctor of years ago. He always said life is short. Do what you want because something will get you in time

None of the covid shots info added up to me and I dont trust the government or pharma so never got covid shots. Years ago I did get a flu shot probably 18 years ago when they offered them at work. Never again since then

Now more Info on all tha adverse reactions on the covid shots has come out and I can't believe anyone would consider taking them. I dont socialize with a lot of people but know several people that have developed heart related problems after they took covid shots.

My son always gets both, and he's had no problems other than getting covid....everyone is different....still not going to take either.

Covid shots have been proven ineffective and there is a lot of evidence coming out that they are dangerous to your overall health.

Flu shot yes. Covid shot no. I almost died from the flu when I was much younger. I have never been sicker in my life. If I was my age now, I doubt I would have survived. Get the shot every year now. I once had the flu after I received the shot but it was much, much milder. The Doc said it is because I got the shot. Had covid once but it was mild compared to when I had the flu the first time.
