We are having two turkeys for about 25 guests. Also got a whole Spanish Serrano ham from Costco. People have been shaving slices from it for two days and we have 3/4 of it left. Maybe we can eat it by Sunday.

Ham over domestic turkey. Might be a toss-up if it is a wild bird. Prime Rib wins hands down.... the only good tradition my ex-wife started.
