…. Yall may not understand this …. But I bbq’d my turkey with real split up chunks of pecan wood
… no extension cords required Been there, done all that and sometimes still do . . . but it's easier to set it and forget it . . . no worrying about temp, hauling wood, and checking the fire. More time spent with family, friends, and sip'n some good stuff or watching ball games :-) PS, and I use REAL hickory, black cherry, oak, post oak, pecan, etc. hard wood pellets NOT just flavored wood sawdust! :-)
