Visited a Buc-ee’s on I-95 near Florence, SC on the most busy travel day of the year. Need a dunce cap. They probably sell them. One hour to get in and out.

I saw the same thing in Fort Worth on Friday. It was crazy.

I stopped at the Buc-ees in Springfield,Mo. a couple years ago.

Place is a madhouse. You can keep them, I will never darken their doorstep again.

Springfield MO, what a fine town. Last time I was unfortunate enough to be there some of Missouris finest smashed two windows in my wife’s car and stole some stuff at the Holiday Inn. Somehow they got zero video footage of it even though I was parked in the front clearly in view of multiple cameras.

Funny, sounds like something you'd do. I've been in one down in Alabama between Pensacola Fl and Mobile. I did get my dog a stuffed Buccee to play with. My wife got some Dark chocolate covered mocha beans or something like that. I don't care if I ever go in one again. To me they're extremely overrated and expensive.

It's worth stopping at once if you have a little time to kill, but not somewhere I'd want to go to very often.

That sounds like something my dad would do when I was little laugh

His version was to act like he was feverishly turning the steering wheel (slipping hands around it) but the truck would just keep going straight and not turn much to our dismay

I have been to several Buc-ee's and always get in and out rather quickly, except for the one in Madisonville TX. Told everyone to hit the bathroom and meet back at the car and we would stop somewhere else to get some snacks.
And never think you are going to get a good deal on fuel at any of them, they don't even post prices because they know people are just stopping anyway

Deer corn and ice used to be cheaper than anywhere around, now prices are no different than anywhere else I can buy those things

Stopped at one in Mississippi a couple weeks ago after passing up a couple in Alabama that looked like a cluster.

I liked the sliced Brisket I bought and their gas was the cheapest we bought on the whole trip at 2.19.9

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

it's a tourist trap that sells gas , not a gas station

stopped at one in TN this spring , give me a Kwik Trip any day , that is a gas station with food and groceries and they know how to get you in and out without being late for work.

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Pulling a fifth wheel, I’d much rather stop at a Buc-ees than any Loves, Pilot, TA, etc. Never have to wait on a pump, or have to go to the back forty with the 18-wheelers. They are a destination stop and I certainly wouldn’t recommend stopping on the busiest shopping weekend of the year.
