I like the Grey Poupon or similar and I am bad to add extra horse reddish.

99% of what I smoke gets a coating of yellow mustard for the binder for the rub

My friend uses yellow mustard with a generous amount of Louisiana hot sauce as a binder on his fried fish

I may use a little on a hot dog but generally for sandwiches I use brown or some other version

I'm not too picky about yellow mustard, but Plocmans is good

For the price, Aldi’s line of Burmans mustards are very good. And their mayonnaise rivals Helmans

I agree. Aldi has good stuff, but cheaper.

I just read a good hack.
Add 1 teaspoon of mustard to a standard batch of Kraft Mac&Cheese when making it. You can't taste the mustard but it adds some flavor.

A salami or a pastrami sandwich gets mustard. Anything else gets Helman's. The only trouble is there's no good old Jewish deli's anywhere around here the good old fashion salami or pastrami. The same goes for good rye bread to make the sandwich's on.

Whats your go to mustard brand? Maybe I'm missing out on something else!

Of course it's good, it's an Oklahoma family owned brand.

I guess it still is, the way things change who knows.

I use cheap mustard as a binder for the rub on meats i'm going to smoke. I don't use mustard for anything else.

Plochman's makes the very best Horseradish Mustard, bar none! Schnuck's stopped carrying it, so I stopped shopping there.
