Nice going Smash!!!!

Many of us have skinning machines that makes the job somewhat easier.

But I can still remember years ago when I skinned one in an old corn crib when it was -11°F.

Using a headlamp.

Armpits to the start of the neck always slow me down. I am always trying to get a steel through the pits ASAP to move it along.

I find in that area or even in the brisket area is to use a ball peen hammer the rounded end striking where the hide where it meets the flesh separates it pretty good.
