Our Post Office is smaller than a single wide trailer so like 2 employees average a clerk and mailman. I was getting a Christmas card with my old RR same house different number on it so the same slot at the PO. The Postmaster kept complaining she would stamp all over the envelope wrong address “have not had RR for years“ in the time it took to do that she could have put it in my slot probably would have been faster even.

This went on for a few years she finally started sending the card back her excuse was if the had a substitute they would not know what the address was then. LOL

Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

Funny, around xmas I had a two different packages with very random tracking histories. One started on Georgia, got to Kansas, then to Mpls/St.Paul (my home state) then back to Kansas, then back to Mpls and finally to my local post office in Mn. The second package basically did the same thing but shipped from Cali. For whatever reason, the packages would ship backwards to the previous state it just came from. UPS and Fed-X, keep up the good work.
