I just came in from doing chores and was able to see them. Always impressive.

There was 8 of us up in Hudson bay goose hunting years ago and saw them. It was totally unbelievable. Almost like we were standing right in them. For lack of better words, it was just like a raw power with them just rolling around. Once in a life time.

For the most part only nerds like me recognized the significance of that storm. It was a top ten solar storm only eclipsed by a few others in the last 150 years. Took only 30 hours to get here. The Carrington Event took around 16, so last night was a big deal. It could have some major damage if a few things would have lined up. Thank goodness they didn’t

We got a pretty good show, last night. Not the most intense, but bright and active.

Cool pics Mike!

The devil's greatest trick isn't making us think he doesn't exist. It's flattering us. So we don't see..... the devil is us.
