Law Dog OP trapper Joined: Dec 2010 Central, SD	I never got into ice fishing probably because of trapping plus I always figured them fish will be there in the spring when it’s warmer. LOL I hear they are getting some nice size perch through the ice. 40 years ago the lake was a smelly shallow cattail swamp but since it flooded it cleaned up the water and they dumped a lot of fish in there several years ago. At 5 degrees I just checked some traps filled the boiler walked the dogs and I’m comfortable in the Lazy-boy for now. Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that! Jerry Herbst

Gary Benson trapper G Joined: Dec 2006 Very SE Nebraska	Good ice here now but I dont enjoy it like I used to. Spring crappie and summer trout is my gig now. Life ain't supposed to be easy.
