Had goulash here, I’ve never seen pork loin done in a braid before.

I made potato soup. I kept the stock from boiling 10 pounds of chicken leg quarters. Skimmed off the fat and cooked onions and carrots in it and put it back with the rest of the stock. I added salt, black pepper,ground mustard and chunks of potatoes and cooked it until the potatoes were soft. I made a rou with butter and flour and added it. Then I added cheddar cheese, milk and some mozzarella. It came out good.
