I did a pork loin on the grill and fried potatoes with parmesan cheese






it fell apart tender, kim said it was great I thought so to,

That looks good, Roy. We didn't have anything to compare to yours.

Had goulash here, I’ve never seen pork loin done in a braid before.

Curry chicken here. Tomorrow I will ask for volunteers, to pull my finger.

Roy that looks awesome. We had stuffed cabbage with garlic bread.

I made potato soup. I kept the stock from boiling 10 pounds of chicken leg quarters. Skimmed off the fat and cooked onions and carrots in it and put it back with the rest of the stock. I added salt, black pepper,ground mustard and chunks of potatoes and cooked it until the potatoes were soft. I made a rou with butter and flour and added it. Then I added cheddar cheese, milk and some mozzarella. It came out good.
