3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup corn meal
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp pepper
1 pt. select oysters, drained

Fry in 1/2" veg. oil on med. heat slow enough the centers aren't runny,
Catsup for some, not here.
