While muskrat trapping would be the logical time to allow you to keep one.

I told the warden we should all be able to buy a couple otter tags and use them anytime in the trapping seasons. He did say something about the season might become longer.


Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.
