Just got to check a different box on the form. No real change but the talking heads of the MSM do not seem capable of or willing to admit it.

If the tarrifs are a clear violation of the constitution why is the decision 6-3 and not unanimous

Well obviously 2/3 of the justices feel it's unconstitutional... 50% of which are conservative justices.... 2 of which were appointed by Trump himself....

Yes, the vote results are obvious.

Maybe that 50% are not really conservative. It seems to me that the justices who regularly vote conservative voted differently from the majority. It seems to me the majority sided with the globalist agenda of raping the USA. Trumps tactics work for the good of the republic, imo.

The constitution was probably drafted and written so that partisianship would not be a major or even a minor influence, but over 250 years we Americans have worked extremely hard to make our constitution partisian and really political and it has filtered into all three branches of our federal government and state governments.

Or maybe....just maybe.... it's possible to be extremely conservative while still realizing that not only were the tariffs unconstitutional, they were also detrimental to our country's economy. No... couldn't be that.....
