I don't think so. The owner of First Brands Group seems to have run it into the ground. I forgot the debt level, but its huge. Bad business. I use primarily Mann filters because of quality. They are a Germany based company and all this will do for the short term is push a lot of business their way

Think I would lay up some motor oil first....Autozone, Toyota, Wal - Mart, etc. have already sent out supply shortage notices.

I think one of the things we tend to forget when we have shortages, or inflation is that providers and wholesalers get hit really hard, if not harfer than consumers. What that has a tendency to do is centralize supply sources or minimize choices which many times increases prices and does so with cutting back on the work force as well.

Well that explains why the last two times I've been to town there were virtually no oil filters on the shelf.

The stock market is gonna take out a lot of people in the next few years. It's not sustainable. Get outta debt and stay that that way. We are all being pushed into a 15 min city. If you dont know what that is look up 15 min city!
