Tatiana commented on another thread she was an uninvited guest. That got me thinking about how a person became a member here. Aren't we all "uninvited" to start with? I assume all of us started reading the forum before we applied (is that the right word) to become a member. I was uninvited when I joined around 2002. Seems like I was "invited" in late 2006 after the site was repaired from the big crash.
I took a short look for other members who rejoined in Dec. 2006. Could only find one other, Gary Benson.
