Shut down tent camping at a state park. Apparently, a wolf has been pawing at tents and entering tents looking for food. They plan to use noise makers to discourage the wolf. I'm sure that'll work. I did not catch where the park is located, heard it on local radio news.

What a joke .
When I stayed there 40 years back it was red fox that were the problem at the campground,,, Always stealing more fish than they could eat,, few rock salt loads would cure him

People want to camp, but the wildlife around there can go fly a kite while they’re there?
Someone probably fed the dam thing and basically signed its death warrant.

Wind Blew, crap flew, out came the line crew

I heard that it was camping on Isle Royal in MI. Are there other sites being closes in addition?

"An annual survey of the wolf population on Isle Royale estimated there were 37 wolves on the island this past winter — the highest number since the late 1970s. But the island’s moose population — a major food source for wolves — has dropped sharply."

Gee, I wonder why?
