There's always going to be danger. Concentrating on it can rob people's happiness.

I definitely dont think the consequences are near just or fair for the owners.

I will try to go full on retard so I have the mental ability to join this thread. I will tell you this, I have a neighbor that likes Pit Bulls and has owned many. If you Lab comes across the road to take a dump in my yard I am fine with that. If you PB comes into my yard, that means I have to dig another hole and I am running out of places to dig.

You lie. You don't have to try.

In my mind the big difference is the unprovoked attack thing

Seemingly unprovoked attacks are scarier. Dead is dead though.

Like in other animals, there is usually something that causes a pitbull attack. That doesn't mean its the victim's fault. You've been around horses enough to know that they often attack if spooked, or if they are approached, or are touched in a manner they don't like. Lots of people have been kicked in the head or chest. Some die from those kicks.

Deer have kicked and gored people to death. All deer related deaths aren't collision related.

You apparently don't grasp how much data AI quickly looks at and compiles for you. It's definitely not always perfect, but there's good reasons the US is going to be buried in data centers.

Data centers would be another good topic for a Saturday night fight again, though they aren't as an emotionally charged topic, yet.

According to Google, “pit bull” type dogs make up 5-6% of total breed ownership in the US.

According to “pitbullhero”, they make up 22%.

Hmmmmm.

According to dogbites.org, “pit bull type breeds” account for 22% of non fatal encounters and about 2/3rds (66% for the slow kids) of ALL fatal encounters.

Source matters.

Probably came running from down the street and attacked him when he was walking to school because he spooked it. Lol
