Guys, peg and I got 25 gallons of peaches yesterday..wondering what your favorite peach recipe was.

She’s working on canning and freezing them but would love to try new recipes.
Also got 15 gallons of green beans too.

Pickled beans are good as are roasted beans with cherry tomatoes

Cut peach in half
Remove stone
Fill hole with tablespoon of brown sugar
Bake in oven 350°for 25 minutes

Pull out and let cool for 10 minutes

Serve next to scoop of vanilla bean ice cream

My grandma used to bake a yeast peach kuchun, like a fruit pizza.... that was great,, peaches in heavy cream isn't bad either, lol

Cobbler is always good too!

I make some great peach jam too.

Id eat that....

While canning save 2 cups of juice, add 2 cups of red raspberry juice make a jelly , using your go to pectin, and recipe.
Awesome jelly.

Peaches make wonderful alcohol,,,,I was told.

Jalapeño peach jam - for eating and barbeque sauce

One of my favorites, 1 1/2 cup macerated peaches, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. Heat and melt sugar in the water, add peach slurry and lemon juice, pour into pop-ice sleeves and freeze. I make them for my grand kids - haha

Sliced peaches, a little sugar and milk/cream.

Peach crisp is hard to beat. Peach jam is also my favorite. But, those are pretty standard recipes. OH and peach shortcake too!

Strolling through the orchard eating bug bit peaches that are on the ground is also hard to beat!
