Looks good!
We're splurging today and having T-bones.
There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Broiled Haddock, Shrimp, French Fries, Salad and some fresh garlic bread.
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Nessy, yeah canned peas. 8cups of water, 1/4 cup +2 tablespoons of kosher salt, 1/4 cup of soy sauce. Brined for four hours in refrigerator, for whole chicken, less for pieces, it was awesome. Nice...I just did first brine evah ...this past weekend..on a 14 pound turkey. Iam brining everything from now on. The bird was awesome. Iam brining some thick cut pork chops tonight...we will see
