Sitting in the pool in LaCruze Mexico listening to Canadians that hate Trump? Not sure why? Americans really didn’t have a choice other than Trump or a complete idiot to vote for. I guess the dumb Kamala American hater might support Canada more? Is America Santa clause to all these country’s?

Tell them to watch their own bobber. They have enough problems of their own to deal with, so they don't need to worry themselves with ours. Be sure to tell them we appreciate the concern though.

I have nothing clever to put here.

AntiGov hit the nail on the head. As I have said before on here, there seems to be a special psychosis in this country where people NEED to differentiate themselves from Americans and usually choose to do that by coming up with all sorts of reasons why "we have the moral high ground".
Of course, many also don't believe that people are granted inalienable rights simply by virtue of being born... They believe only the government (or the famous social contract) can grant or revoke rights. So, they don't like politicians in the US who move unilaterally in the best interest of their own citizens.

It gets predictable and depressing after a while to hear about how the evil empire is just 6 miles from your house, across a river. Meanwhile, our idiots are seizing legally obtained firearms by edict from the "crown". Can't write that sort of cognitive dissonance.

Just happy to be here.

Folks from Canada, that know what needs to be done, support Trump. The same loudmouth Liberals supporters will always complain loudly , and the media will report it like it represents the whole Country. Once Canada votes out the garbage, safety along our borders and trade with the U.S. will improve.

They're just envious. Medical facilities in bordering States are full of Canadians getting treatment that they'd have to wait months or years for in Canada. So much for "free" health care.

Canadian beer sold in the US is different from Canadian beer sold in Canada. 2010,The last time I purchased a case , 24 cans, of Labatt Blue at an Ontario government beer store in Dryden, it was $60/ case. At that same time a 30 pack of US sold Labatt blue was $19. That’s one example of the price Canadians pay for their universal healthcare. The lodge owner I rented a cabin from, told me if I have a medical emergency, if I can, drive to International Falls , MN for medical care. Do not go to the Dryden hospital.

That's what I was thinking. We're they flying in in somewhere for ya? I buy a lot of beer in Vermilion bay, 40 miles west of Dryden, never seen Blue cost $60 CAN.

You should be drinking Carling anyway! smile

That would make sense since it’s only free healthcare for Canadians. Visiting foreigners don’t qualify.

, I should have stated $60 CAD. No one saw me coming, no one Working at the store was smart enough to take advantage of me. I stood in line at the beer store, only US citizen in there, I watched your fellow Canadians pay the same amount. I bitched about the price and all your comrades said it’s because we have universal health care. So the government/commie beer store was sticking to your comrades as well. And if you read my post it was in 2010, it’s 2025 today must be the price dropped. But I guess you guys know, every thing in Canada is so much cheaper, like groceries and gas. LOL
That’s why Watertown, NY is full of Canadians shopping everyday.

Don't all your immigrants get free health care? Got to love them backing up an already Backed up system if so.

Forgot to mention, in November 2010 the Canadian dollars was worth around .02 more than the US dollar.

As far as going to the local hospital it wasn’t about me receiving free healthcare. The lodge owner said the healthcare there was terrible. His father in law broke his leg went to the Dryden emergency room . Waited all day couldn’t get in, had to go home and return the next day. Those were his words not mine.

My brother had some kind of pancreas attack in 2023 while at his camp north of Vermilion Bay. He was alone and drove to the hospital in Dryden. They actually got him in and stabilized pretty quick. He drove back to camp that night with info for his doc when he got back to the US. I will say, almost all of my buddies up there were surprised that it went that smooth. They made it sound like his experience was the exception rather than the rule at the Dryden hospital.

I know Brock Lesnar didn’t have anything good to say about the care he got up here, think he almost died!
If I go to the US, I’ve got Blue Cross insurance but apparently sometimes you have to pay up front and get reimbursed.

Most of the time here they send in a pre authorization to ins co to see what they will pay, 80% or whatever. Then patient may have to pay the balance up front.

Funny thing, most if not all doctors I use to sell flooring to would be offended when you asked for a deposit before ordering the flooring. Yet most of them want to be 100% sure they will be paid before they'll take your temperature.

Could you give US citizens refuge status and benefits that are fleeing Trump Please. It would be a great thing for you to do. Just be sure they must give Up their US citizenship first.

I already suggested that blue states be allowed to vote to join Canada. That didn’t seem very popular for some reason. 🤔

You guys could leave Quebec and Ontario to the Indians and Chinese and join the US, so they would have to leave you alone. Without US protection, Ontario and Quebec won't let you be free of them.

I don't think most on here know what Ontario & Quebec actually look like or have an idea on their size. Their ugly population is generally the southern most portion circled in red, The big blue parts of the map represent water. North is to the top and for reference, the Mexican border is south but not pictured in the map. There's also Texas, Arizona, Florida and a bunch of other states down there too! Check it out some time. You can scroll around and see other countries too! I can email this in black and white so you can color in the states & provinces/territories with your crayons.
Markster and other fellas near North Bay, sorry if I included you in the Ontario red circle....lol

We do have private healthcare in Canada and if you got the money the world is your Oyster. Just like the US. Everyone is just always focused on our base care program, and yes the tax payer pays for that base program.

Is the tax so high that it prevents individuals from affording premium care?

Maybe Winnepeg should be added to the "I don't know" list. Friends and I flew into the airport there in 2001 for a bear hunt. When I walked into the terminal I honestly questioned if we landed in Canada. Everyone I saw until getting outside the terminal had a towel wrapped around their head.

As of yesterday, Danielle Smith, the Premier of Alberta has met with President Donald Trump 10 times since he won the election.

Alberta has tried to leave Canada for longer than I have been alive. Alberta is likely to join the US first and soon.

For Alberta to leave the confederation(Canada) a lot of things would need to happen,,,,

Most importantly a referendum,,,,,with a majority in agreement. Not 50%+1. It would need to be minimum 75-80%

The poll above shows 19%

,,,,,ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!

If the question was,,,,,,“should Alberta leave confederation and become an independent/sovereign nation?”

The percentage would be much higher,,,,and increasing daily

Not sure if there’s a bigger click bait sucker on the internet than Keith??

I have been in Canada a few times. Drive around the big cities and get back in the country. The people I deal with are good people. Have sat with them many times for a beer. They could stay at my place anytime.

You better look at what Canada says about that. I am not sure you are correct. I also saw the Canadian Government is stealing tax dollars like we are having pointed out. Maybe you can hire President Trump and Musk to get to the bottom of that too. You might think about RFK too since he will show the jab you got to save the world is killing people.

The booing was expected, Montreal…..a lot of them should be deported. The cheer after your anthem drowned out the boos.

State run media up here is working overtime ratcheting up the anti trump/anti musk rhetoric

It’s the only chance the current government has any hope of not getting totally wiped out, when at some point they let us have an election

The sheep are gobbling it up,,,

It’s very Covid-isk

The tariff issue is a big one,,,,,,,but the bigger issue is organized crime/ Chinese influence

Canada doesn’t have any type of RICO laws,,,,never has

Our housing market is artificially inflated(big time!) because of international money laundering

All the political parties are ignoring it,,,,,,,

Tells me that they are all likely compromised

ShakeyJake, not a big fan of hockey.

I used to watch the Sioux and Gophers, that was about it.

I watched the 2024 election results while back in the boonies in Newfoundland, moose hunting. The outfitter was a huge fan of Trump. He even got out an extension ladder to clean the snow off the satellite dish on the roof when the results were coming. I went to bed at 11 pm, he was still watching at 2:30 am.

To be fair, he’s an outfitter hosting a client that paid a premium to hunt moose at his camp. He knows that every American coming in will be Trump supporters. I just got back from Las Vegas and honestly, I didn’t see any anti Trumpers, they’re obviously around but they keep their trap shut.

Obviously, they are smarter than they look.

I have nothing clever to put here.

You can shove your tarrifs up your arse.

Now Boco you be nice or we'll tariff you. Say, .25 cents (American, not Canadian) for every T Man post that comes across the border from you.
And a 50 cent tariff on the mean posts.

He better find a GOOD bank and mortgage the farm to pay that tab.

Why is it such a big deal to be fair on trade? Fair trade or no trade, if that's not possible, then by all means go it alone.

you're only allowed so many sunrises... I aim to see every one of them!

Being fair is absolutely a great idea. Right now the USMCA is basically a free trade agreement, much like the previous NAFTA, it was also negotiated by the person who now hates it. You can read some of his statements in it when it was negotiated.

It’s almost like something can be gained by villainizing Canada. It’s almost like something can be gained by using social media to create animosity between allies, it’s almost like creating division, anger and hate is part of the 2025 political playbook. It’s almost like someone said “ we can use social media platforms” to make regular Joe American and regular Joe Canadian hate each other. It’s almost like it’s weird that so many on both sides of the border think this driving that wedge there is to benefit them not the billionaire class. Lol

I was wondering when I’d see that b.s list MJM posted. Just because blue check mark trolls on X put misleading memes full of misinformation out there doesn’t make it true. Misleading and absolutely grossly full of misinformation.

Those pesky facts...

When Boco talks trapping and fur handling, pay attention. When he talks politics, put on your saltwater raincoat, tall muck boots, and your big brimmed Souwester rainhat because bull---- splatters all over. Trump might even make Canada great again! .... MCGA just doesn't have the same ring to it though
