Cashews and peanuts are NOT nuts. I would not eat cashews. Peanuts are legumes. You guys should have learned that when Jimmy Carter was president. Never heard them called pealegumes!
There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Another vote for pistachios. Hickory nuts are too much like picking blue crabs. I'm no good a ether one. If some else does it for me, I'm all in for both though. I'd like to hear about softshell hickory nut where you eat them shell and all like softshell crabs.

LOL… Guess I need to lower my expectations of a Mod, very funny though. Not so funny for the one who didn’t quite make it….

preference order cashew hickory pecan peanut almond
order in volume consumed peanut cashew almond pecan hickory
Hickory nuts are so labor intensive, I am pretty sure you burn more calories getting the meat out of the shell than the nut actually has. But they are used in one my family's Christmas cookie recipes, so I shell some every year. my grandma had the big bowl in the living room on the coffee table around Christmas , and a couple hand nut crackers and a bowl for the shells I think that is why I like the hickory nuts it did occur to me I left out pistachios , I am a pistachio addict when they get in the house , stand at the kitchen table shelling them and eating them can't believe I forgot them in my list. they would be right after cashews in amount consumed.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
