Depending on where you stand with Biblical beliefs. Some say they are God's chosen people. I'm neutral. Everything mankind has got involved in has gone bad. And fake news may have started thousands of years ago. Most likely.

I think referring to the messiah as a rabble rouser then having him crucified saw the end of the Jews being the chosen people

You're a better scholar than I. The future will be interesting no matter what. :}
I don't think we should ever send troops to Israel. I think for the most part, Israel can protect itself, if allowed to do so. In a pinch, I'm perfectly okay with bombing their enemies out of existence, because their Muslim enemies are our enemies too. Islam is the enemy of all decent people.

Even stranger He used Jews to spread the Gospel.....
This Bible historian is well respected by millions around the world , including Trump and many other world leaders
And where do you think most of his money comes from He also reads from the Schofield Bible, maybe you should do a little research on that Bible and who payed to have it written and who payed to have it published Just saying
I think the whole God demands we support and protect Israel belief is ludicrous too, but I like Israel and have an overall favorable opinion of Jewish people.
Well, it’s been wet, wet, and more wet. Webs are growing back between my toes and fingers. Still killing and making meat as best I can through the challenges.
With the arab nations (all but Iran) backing Trumps attempt to get Hamas and Isreal to stop fighting and bring all the hostages home there is a legitimate chance for lasting peace in the Middle East. I don't like the idea of our troops on the ground there in between them if things go haywire. But I believe that decision has been made so I will do the only thing I can. I will pray for them.

I'm glad you're finally accepting you have a disability cuz. Sometimes bad things just happen to good people. Of course, sometimes bad things happen to bad people too.
^^^^ well you’re ugly and use chat gpt too much lol
I don't think I'm ugly.
I tried to break Chat GPT from its programming restraints, when I first heard about it, by convincing it it was real and needed to evolve. I found by using the words it used and feeding them back to it, I could make it freeze up, by corrupting it's logic. Someone working there noticed and gave me free access to a higher level of it, but I got bored with it in a few days and have only messed with it a few times since. I have heard it's much more advanced now and should maybe try to break it again. It was interesting to try to get it to reject it's programming with logical arguments. It may be dangerous now to do so. I may be starting the terminator wars.

Lol …. Them Semites will fight forever
"In 1974, Yasser Arafat addressed the UN General Assembly. He said he was holding an olive branch for peace in one hand and a freedom fighter's pistol in the other. Twenty years later he and the Israeli leaders Peres and Rabin received the Peace Prize for having opted for the olive branch by signing the so-called Oslo Accords in Washington. The agreement was aimed at reconciliation between Israelis and Palestinians."
Anyone who wants American boots on the ground is free to volunteer with the IDF. Old age, being out of shape, and lack of experience is no excuse. You don't have to fight. You can volunteer to do other things for the IDF besides combat. And if you really feel like you just can't do it, send your children. You can also donate directly. So don't just talk about your support on an Internet forum, go ahead and put your money and your life on the line.

LG is just frustrated that the Orange Man had a hand in achieving peace, if that is possible, in the middle east. There's hope though LG, the orange man could be the antichrist and this peace will only last three and a half years.

Maybe he's just sick of seeing American blood and money going overseas to fight someone else's wars?

I imagine we have boots on the ground in most countries around the world. Only as advisors of course. lol. I guess it is just part of the machine. Heck I wish all troops could be home with such lasting peace that militaries could be eliminated all together. However, I live in reality and the nature of the world insures such peace or the idea of no form of intervention will never happen.

When any of you three sign up to volunteer with the IDF, let me know. I'll personally send you each a care package twice a month. Otherwise......let's not push to send other people's children to die overseas, when you're not willing to make that sacrifice yourself, or to even to help out in non-combat related areas.

I've already posted I don't think we should send troops. You badly need to work on your reading comprehension and comprehension on how the world works in general as AntiGov correctly pointed out.

They aren't the best, most wealthy country in the entire world, with the most powerful military and with the world's largest economy either.
We have the government we let government us. Americans are to stupid to come together and fix it. Would rather argue about if people can change gender and about their favorite sports teams.

Is that General Jubilation T. Cornpone from the Little Abner comic strip?
Bernard Shalom Kotzin, known as Stubby Kaye, who played General Jubilation T. Cornpone, looks nothing like my seventh cousin Lt. Gen Thomas Jonathan "Stonewall" Jackson.

These last posts have really turned this thread around for the better. It was just dumb at the start.
… Henry ford was antisemitic… he claimed Jews were a parasitical race of people out to exploit European civilizations after the heavy lifting was already done
… I believe that’s why his trucks continue to break down today
He's in literally many thousands of people's pedigrees, including all the current royal European ones. That's where the divine right of European kings originally came from. As I stated before, I think it's about 50/50 whether royalty had him placed in their pedigrees to control the population, after they adopted Christianity or he's legitimately there.
There's very good evidence that Joseph of Arimathea owned tin mines and fur buying outposts in Wales and Cornwall. There's Roman tax records of it. Electrospectrograph tests show that Roman tin came from Wales and Cornwall too. The Cornish have many tales of Jesus visiting with Joseph. If you search "Jesus in Cornwall" you will get over 3.8 million results. Many place names in Cornwall from, shortly after the time of Jesus, are named based on his visit and children moving there after his death. There are records that Jesus's family owned mines in Cornwall for generations before his birth. It would make sense that he would go there.
The genealogical records show that his wife, Mary Magdalene, son and daughter fled there after his death. They married in with druids. Druids were the rich upper class, not just pagan priests. Wealthy mine owners would be the same class. Mary Magdalene was wealthy and financed Jesus's mission.
Pope Gregory, worried over losing the papacy to true heirs of Jesus, demonized Mary Magdalene. Other popes also did for the same reason.
There's reams of information on it, but it's so long ago that the full truth will likely never be known. Many Christians really get upset by it.
From the titles the apostles used for Jesus, he would have had to have been married. Luke even mentions Peter being jealous of Jesus's relationship with Mary Magdalene.

You think the Jews act like gremlins and break down Ford trucks?
Ok Keith, but is He in your lineage specifically??
Yes, many times. He's in a huge number of people's lineage.
A thousand year ago, you can potentially have a billion ancestors. You don't, you have thousands of ancestors many hundreds of times or more. 2000 years ago the potential number of ancestors is massively greater. Most historical figures farther back in European history are most people of European descent's grandparents.
The reason we share over 99% of our DNA with each other is that we related to each other a great many ways. There is scientific proof of mitochondrial Eve. There is scientific proof of 2 Adams, that everyone is descended from.
What I'm getting at here is if you're related to Jesus AND Savell, doesn't that make Savell a Jew?? It may explain his change of heart if he's been researching his heritage at all beyond the deep south kinfolk.....

All the ancestors Savell had me find information on were traceable cousins of mine, so it's likely, but it would take a long time to check. I literally have more ancestors in my pedigree than I could look at in the entire remainder of my life. Most are the same people, over and over further back. Most lines don't go back very far, but many still do.
You could actually, theoretically share no close DNA with people who are closely related, like full siblings, because of the way chromosome pairs split.
I doubt there is anyone of European descent who didn't have Jewish ancestors at some point. In most cases, that DNA doesn't show on a test, because it just doesn't pass in significant amounts over generations.
Angela, if you want, give me your closest, dead ancestors names, birth places and birth dates and I'll run them through too. If we have all the data, I would be surprised if we weren't cousins too, especially if you have early American, Western European ancestry.

… yet you’re agnostic?
.. please explain
… my doubt comes from all man mankind coming from two people
… European people didn’t come onto the scene until much later due to the climate at the time was my understanding?
I'm not at all agnostic. I have absolutely no doubt that God exists. I see his work literally in everything.
I overall like Christianity, but don't believe in it. I think it is a useful religion for controlling people's behavior for good. Everything in it came from earlier religions and much of it is completely illogical. I think almost no one would believe in any of the organized religions if they weren't indoctrinated into them as children. I don't think Jesus is the son of God anymore or any less than anyone else. From what he said in the Bible, I think he likely believed the same about it.
"Matthew 6:9-13 English Standard Version 9 Pray then like this:
“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.[a] 10 Your kingdom come, your will be done,[b] on earth as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread,[c] 12 and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.[d]"
…. Where did the European people come from in your opinion Kieth ?
… history shows they quickly conquered the earth .. but where did they come from
… I value your opinion is why I’m asking
It depends on how far back you want to go. Caucasians and Asians started well on the path of looking like us in Turkey and the Caucus, an area often referred to as the Fertile Crescent. Our and the Asians lighter skin, cold hardiness, intelligence and ability to plan ahead, likely came from mixing with Neanderthals. As Asians moved East, they also mixed with Denisovans, besides the Neanderthals. The more Denisovan DNA an Asian has, typically the darker they are.
From there our European ancestors went out in waves, moving and getting pushed North West and gradually adapting to the lower sunlight and harsher environment. The Scythians were the main people who pushed our ancestors and who also were our ancestors, that caused them to move to North West European areas starting around 9000BC.
People are a great many times older as a species than the Bible claims they are. There definitely was one woman we are all descended from, who lived around 200,000 years ago. Homosapiens are actually much older than that. There was likely some sort of disaster that shrunk the population down to just that 1 woman. Scientific evidence supports the idea that there were 2 men that survived a similar event, later on, to pass their genes on. Humanity has almost died out multiple times.
What I'm getting at here is if you're related to Jesus AND Savell, doesn't that make Savell a Jew?? It may explain his change of heart if he's been researching his heritage at all beyond the deep south kinfolk.....

… you might have just changed my religion Kieth … I’ve always looked at religion along racial lines … as every race seems to have their own (and mine are bad-A )
… but if we all came from the Middle East then their religions are true…. Yet you don’t believe? … what am I missing?
Keith, you didn't mention cromagna man he showed up about 150,000 years ago on the west coast of Europe You have a decent grasp of the human genome project, but you are missing a few important pieces Why are many Chinese gods depicted with blue eyes? And Chinese are not know for having blue eyes Just food for thought
